Originally a nautical paint factory founded in 1863, Moravia is one of the oldest names in the industry, steeped in maritime history. Always a key supplier of materials and services to a number of ships on a global scale, the company established itself early on as a world leader. In 1962 it became Moravia Yachting and moved to the principality of Monaco. It diversified its range of activities to include consultancy, and played an intrinsic role in the construction of the first ever superyachts, including La Belle Simone, Nabila, Longobarda and Il Moro di Venezia.
