Weather conditions: protected from south and west winds and waves, north and east wind can blow to gale force without generating significant waves. Pier is situated beside the old town Budva in the bay. Building of Harbor Authorities and the border crossing are also situated there. Depth varies depending on the pier: in front of the old town it is 2 - 5 m, at the internal pier from 1.8 - 4 m and external from 2 - 5 m. WARNING: Harbor should be approached carefully with special attention and reduced speed. Fairway marked with red and green buoys should be used. Special attention should be paid on underwater rocks and wrecks in the area around the St Nicola’s island.

Harbor is in the very end of the Kotor bay. Building of Harbor Authorities and the border crossing are situated at the northern side. Depth beside the coast varies from 6 m at the northern part up to 2 m at the southern part of the pier. North part of the pier is for mega yachts and south part is for sailing boats and smaller motor boats.
Services: water and electricity included in berth price. Gas station is situated at the north side of the building of Harbor authorities in the river Skurda.
Weather conditions: north wind and south wind can blow up to gale force, but the pier is well protected from the waves.
